“We have remained loyal to our motto throughout the show and are excited about our home victory. We are happy to see that the number of visitors - both existing customers and new customers - has been increased since last Texcare.
The sun never sets on JENSEN: with our global presence that is second to none in the industry, we welcomed guests from hundreds of different countries to our booth.
"Our guests were delighted to see our equipment in live demonstrations that visualized the daily challenges of heavy-duty laundries in an exemplary way.”

“From our point of view, this year’s Texcare International once again gave a more international audience than ever before a complete overview of ‘The whole world of laundry technology made by Kannegiesser’. And this was underscored by the interesting and productive discussions we held with existing and new business partners from all over the world. For us, the main focus of Texcare International 2012 was on the presentation of information, ideas and specific examples of successful reconstruction and incremental modernisation, as well as increasing the efficiency of the entire operational process.”

“After taking over the old Lavatec on 1 June 2010, Lavatec Laundry Technology quickly regained its position as a leading and highly successful company. The demand for laundry systems from Heilbronn is high and is sure to increase further with the launch of the new TT Ecodry Series. This is undoubtedly the most important insight that we have been able to gain at Texcare International.”

“We are extremely pleased with the course of business at Texcare International 2012. Compared to the last event four years ago, we registered an increase not only in the number of visitors to our exhibition stand but also in the proportion of international buyers. The main attraction was the new Miele chest ironer, which could be seen in action at a fair in Germany for the first time. By spotlighting cost effectiveness and sustainability, we presented the right ideas at the right time at Texcare International 2012.”

Dirk Freitag, CEO, Multimatic:

“Texcare International 2012 was a great success for Multimatic. It was at least as good as the last event four years ago in terms of the number and quality of the visitors, as well as with regard to the orders taken. In particular, customers wanted advice about saving energy and alternative solvents. Great interest was shown in the new ‘Multi-Carefree Package’ for dry-cleaning machines, which offers a five-year guarantee if a service agreement is made at the same time. At long last, this means that customers can now calculate the service and repair costs facing them.”

“The orders taken at the fair exceeded our expectations. Additionally, our post-fair business is booming. We are extremely pleased with the course of business at the fair. The number of visitors to our stand was equal to that at the last Texcare International. However, the decision-making authority of the customers was significantly greater. Also striking was the increased proportion of visitors from the Middle East and Africa. Many customers said they had decided to buy VEIT machines because they are ‘Made in Germany’. Another important factor was our renowned after-sales service with user training courses, which provides a high degree of security for a long-term investment.”

“The fair was extremely successful for us and we are delighted with the number of visitors. We welcomed numerous visitors of the right kind and were able to present our new products in an optimum setting and hold good discussions with these customers. Our new HACCP Line and our new Medical Line were well received and generated a fantastic echo. Several customers had projects relating to these collections in the pipeline and they were able to take our innovations into account.”

“For our company, Texcare International is the most important fair of all. As one of the leading suppliers of leasing textiles, it gives us the opportunity to meet all decision makers from textile-service companies. Moreover, the large number of international visitors enables us to cultivate and increase our contacts throughout Europe. The fair was a great success, well organised and of high quality. We will certainly be back next time.”

“This year’s Texcare once again fulfilled all expectations placed on it as the leading international trade fair for the laundry sector and the supplier industry. Thanks to numerous international visitors, primarily from Scandinavia, Austria and Italy, as well as a large contingent of German customers, we were able to hold many interesting talks. Particular emphasis must be given to the high standard on the visitor side, a large proportion of which is made up of decision makers and executives.”
