AdvanTex ERP is a comprehensive software solution for all relevant areas of a laundry company. It contains modules for the management of typical services such as workwear, flat linen, resident laundry, surgical supplies, mats and washroom services and covers everything a modern service company needs for these services, from a sales solution to contract management, production control, purchasing and warehousing as well as the organisation of the vehicle fleet and, of course, invoicing and subsequent posting in accounting. Analyses, statistics and dashboards are predefined, but you can also create them yourself.
Interfaces to laundry technology (scales, sorting stands, sorting and conveyor systems, shelving systems in the expedition area or banding machines, etc.) and other customer solutions (garment dispensing systems, RFID-based stock management systems, etc.) are available, as are interfaces to accounting systems, route optimisation solutions or patch printers.
AdvanTex ERP supports laundries with between two and 2,000 PC workstations in their daily work. Thanks to its extensive scalability, the largest installation simultaneously controls over 25 laundry locations. Each user can utilise the user interface in one of the 18 languages currently supported. Different currencies and time zones are also fully supported.
The modern user interface allows quick access to all relevant information and reduces the familiarisation time for new employees. Each employee is assigned to user groups and receives the necessary authorisations in the software and then only has access to the parts of the application that are relevant to them.
Our company, which has been operating exclusively in the laundry industry for over 25 years, provides new customers with comprehensive support in preparing the implementation and roll-out of AdvanTex ERP. The requirements are recorded in well-structured requirement analyses, checked for completeness by comparing them with a typical requirements catalogue and then recorded individually for each company. We work on transferring data from the previous systems at an early stage so that realistic test data can always be used and checked at the same time during the project phase. After training the key users or all employees, the system only goes live once the customer has tested and approved all process steps.
