Virtual Laundry is a system that helps laundries gain insights into their own production efficiency and customer returns, detailed by item and production flow. Through cost analysis and production monitoring, you can instantly see how the laundry is performing. Additionally, Virtual Laundry helps make the entire logistical process transparent, manageable, and improvable where necessary. From unpacking laundry, washing, drying, mangling, pressing, packing, to transportation. All associated registrations can be managed via Virtual Laundry, from creating packing slips, scanning barcodes and RFID chips, to invoicing and complete administration. The needs of the laundry's customers are also supported with a dedicated web portal and the Virtual Laundry App.

The Virtual Laundry App offers an integrated solution with three powerful modules, each designed to optimize your laundry's efficiency.

4.1. Drivers Module
The Virtual Laundry Drivers App provides drivers with all the relevant information for picking up and delivering laundry directly on their tablet. With this app, drivers can easily access contact numbers, delivery instructions, and route information. The laundry can monitor the driver's progress in real-time, allowing for ad-hoc changes to be instantly visible. The app stores information locally and synchronizes it once internet access is available, while certain functions require a continuous internet connection. Integration with the navigation system ensures that addresses are automatically transferred for easy navigation. Drivers can also “call off” customers if no dirty laundry is ready, which is automatically processed into the laundry's planning board cards. The app is available for both Android and Apple and can be combined with the Scan Module to scan laundry and containers on location.

4.2. Count&Order Module
The Count&Order Module of Virtual Laundry allows customers and departments to submit counts and orders via a smartphone or tablet. This eliminates the dependency on a computer, enabling counts and orders to be submitted directly during rounds. The app stores this data and forwards it once internet access is available. This module is also available for Android and Apple and works best in conjunction with the “fixed deliveries” module.

4.3. Scan Module
The Scan Module enables users to scan laundry and containers on location without the use of a computer. With a custom scan page, one can easily conduct inventory checks of chipped linen and scan personal items via a camera. The scan overview is flexible, allowing for the scanning of both individual garments and entire linen rooms. This module also provides the functionality for mobile scanning on location, as described in section 5.1.9.

4.4. AppPlus+
With AppPlus+, your laundry service gets its own app in the App Store and Play Store, including an exclusive portal not shared with other laundries. The modules are fully customizable to your brand, including colors, logos, and icons. Additionally, you can add and manage your own pages, ensuring the app perfectly matches the specific needs and data of your laundry service.
