RFID UHF LAUNDRYCHIP
Beschreibung
LaundryChips™ (RFID transponders, also known as RFID tags)
The LaundryChip™ was invented by Datamars in 1990 and it was the first RFID transponder specifically designed for the industrial laundry sector in order to withstand the harsh environments of washing, ironing, and logistics cycles without being detected and without damaging the textile, well-suited to, but not limited to, flat linen and garment tracking, process automation, product authentication and asset management applications.
Over the years Datamars has continued to innovate, developing a vast range of UHF LaundryChips™ in different sizes and packages, up to the latest UHF 40x line, the undiscussed market product leader, available in 2 different formats and features (401 and 403) to better adapt to different needs and applications. Thanks to their Patented Double Loop Antenna they both combine the best reading performance and mechanical endurance in the harshest laundry conditions with an incredibly small size!
Both 401 and 403 are also available in a 2D-code-integrated version (QR code or Datamatrix), readable with any smartphone, and they can be applied to textiles in different ways: by sewing them in the hem, or in pouches that can be sewed on the textiles or heat-sealable.
The whole 40x family are successfully certified as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, while the 401 has been also tested as MR (Magnetic Resonance) conditional.
This year, Datamars is excited to debut a new breakthrough product: the new FT40I MAT, the industry’s first LaundryChip™ designed specifically for accurate identification of mats.
