In times of rising energy prices and growing environmental awareness, companies are always on the lookout for efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies. One way to significantly reduce energy consumption and optimise operational processes at the same time is to implement heat recovery technologies. This also works for steam generation.
In many industrial and commercial processes, unused waste heat is generated, which is normally considered a loss. In heat recovery, however, this waste heat or heat energy is recovered and made available for new processes. The technology thus enables better utilisation of the energy used by recycling existing and actually unused heat.
By recovering heat energy and using it for other processes, the overall energy efficiency of plants and systems is improved. This means lower energy costs, which in turn lead to correspondingly lower operating costs.
