The DB PREMIUM is the rotary double-buck shirt press, ideal for the ironing of men's and women's shirts, polo shirts, chef's and medical uniforms, conceived and designed to achieve maximum productivity, with incomparable finishing quality.  The two Teflon-coated pressing bucks and the innovative sleeve tensioning system "Pony Sleeve Technology", ensure a very high finishing quality even on the most difficult-to-iron shirts.

The innovative features are:

• new dummy design combined with improved vacuum function, that allows a more precise and faster shirt placing;
• the new contoured Teflon-coated bucks offer flawless ironing and thanks to PTFE treatment avoid shine on dark shirts;
• powerful 3HP fan which guarantees a faster drying of the shirt;
• The patented H.A.R.S. (Hot Air Recovery System) has been designed to recapture hot air allowing a 20% reduction in steam consumption. In addition, it reduces the blowing cycle time, improving productivity and the temperature of the working environment;

Using the DB PREMIUM is easy and does not require long training periods. As a matter of fact, even a non-skilled operator can obtain impeccable results and reach a productivity of up to 120 shirts per hour, if DB PREMIUM is combined with a collar and cuff press workstation.

Just like all shirt finishers, the DB PREMIUM comes with the four PONY technologies:

• PONY SLEEVE TECHNOLOGY: special rounded and rotary clamps with a Teflon-coated surface, assembled on the innovative “V-shaped” structure combined with a cylinder with a pneumatic stop of the sleeve-stretching arms, that guarantees stability and precision of movement. This feature results in flawless ironing that does not require touch-ups.
• PONY HARS TECHNOLOGY: the patented PONY system for the recovery of hot air produced by the machine. It allows a significant reduction in drying time, increasing productivity while decreasing energy consumption and temperature of the working environment.
• PONY TOUCH TECHNOLOGY: colour touch screen HMI for total machine control. Pony Touch Logic allows you to easily customise and save operational programmes, check productivity, access diagnostic features and maintenance alerts, perform auto-tests and software updates. If connected to the network via an Ethernet port, all operations can also be performed remotely.
• PONY NO-SHINE TECHNOLOGY: all the pressing parts that directly touch the fabric are Teflon-coated to prevent shine on dark fabrics.

MPT series has been engineered for the finishing of trousers, even in industrial productions. The special structure and the automation of the different finishing stages allow a very high hourly output. Cycles are controlled by microprocessor.

MPT is the solution for every kind of trouser: jeans, casual and classic trousers. All toppers of the MPT series are ready for connection to external steam and air supplies. MPT is available in three versions with clamps with internal/external clamping system ( internal/external clamps cannot be supplied with the photocell option) and two versions without internal/external clamps.

The three versions with internal/external clamps as standard are:

• MPT-D: With pneumatic tensioning of the waistband with front clamp. Model MPT-D is provided with a pneumatic trolley for leg tensioning with independent pivoting clamps . MPT-D is also available with automatic and electric boiler with electronic control.
• MPT-DL: with pneumatic waist tensioning, with lateral waist stretching device; It is equipped with special anatomic side paddles which perfectly fit and mould the trouser waist and leg, after the trousers’cut. Interchangeable anatomic shapes are available for different sizes. Pneumatic trolley with independent pivoting clamps. MPT-DL is also available with automatic and electric boiler with electronic control. Only for this model, the manual size regulator device is equipped with two small pneumatic cylinders.
• MPT-DP2: with pneumatic tensioning of the waist , with front paddle and with heated anatomic shape. Model MPT-DP2 is equipped with pressure paddles to fix the waist darts and set the pleats, which can be excluded when needed. DP2 is equipped with pneumatic leg tensioning trolley with independent pivoting clamps.

MPT series include one more version without internal/external clamping system:

• MPT-A: with pneumatic tensioning of the waist with front clamp and manual clamps for legs.

The tensioning form finisher FORMPLUS has been designed to meet the needs of the WET cleaning system, that requires vertical tensioning for perfect seam finishing and fabric revitalising. This form is suitable for jackets, outerwear , leather wear , dresses and similar garments of any size and textures. Formplus is also suitable for dry cleaned garments, by allowing a very high quality finishing, limiting the number of touch-ups to very minor details and increasing productivity without the need of specialized labour.

The high quality finishing is provided by the special garment tensioning and by the powerful hot air flow. The positioning of the dummy is automatic, thanks to a photocell. Cycles are adjustable, savable and managed by a plc with AF Logic interface. All formers of the Formplus series are ready for connection to external steam supply.

Formplus is available in two versions:

• FORMPLUS with microprocessor cycle control, with up to 10 savable programs. Available in fixed dummy or with 270° rotating dummy versions.
• FORMPLUS-S with Plc system as standard, with 10 savable program, 270° rotating dummy and pneumatic lateral and back clamps to fix the vents. 

Available options:

• GFV iron assembly complete with All Steam iron for final touch-ups.

The EAGLE 2.0 has a wide range including men’s shirts, women’s blouses, polo shirts, medical uniforms, and chef’s uniforms. This machine drew on our many years of manufacturing experience and customer interaction to meet the ultimate goal of reducing energy consumption and machine size. It makes a state of the art shirt finisher affordable for every shirt laundry.

The H.A.R.S. (Hot Air Recovery System), is an efficient system for the recapture of air from the shoulder press. This device maintains a constant 150° air temperature and conveys the air through a special channel into the fan to speed the drying of the shirt, reducing energy consumption by 20 to 30%, with faster drying times and higher productivity. It is the only shirt finisher in the world pressing both the yoke and the tucks at the same time, with Teflon press heads to avoid marks on dark fabrics.

Additional innovations include the front horizontal sliding paddle and a brand new adjustable cuff clamps system, with rotating rounded clamps. The PLC TOUCH SCREEN managing functions and finishing cycles, is adjustable and integrated in the main frame. For the operator's convenience, the controls of the basic functions are repeated on the front paddle with customizable buttons. If connected through an Ethernet port, it is possible to control the Pony Touch Technology even from remote locations.

The "TOTAL ELECTRIC" version, in conjunction with the "totally electric" version of the collar and cuff press, allows the installation of a highly productive and professional shirt ironing system anywhere without the requirement for steam or water. The "TOTAL ELECTRIC" version also offers the opportunity to select the "ECO" or "PRO" operation according to different electrical powers available and production volumes.

DLP-DOUBLE LEGGER PRESS is the new utility legger press designed to obtain high production levels, relieving the operator from physical fatigue and ensuring a constant finishing quality.

PONY's extensive and specific experience in ironing presses has resulted in this machine that, through the automated ironing cycle and the intermediate separation frame for the finishing of the second leg, allows laundry operators, even those without experience, to quickly press the four folds of the trouser legs in a single stroke.

• Head and lower buck steaming and steam-heated, with the lower one also vacuum, and air-blowing, upon request. Flawless finishing of the trousers pleats in a very short time, without leaving shine on dark fabrics and without marking the pockets;
• silicon intermediate frame that separates the two legs for a perfect definition of the four pleats of the trousers in a single movement;
• hydraulic shock absorber that guarantees the absence of any stress on the machine, for maximum reliability and durability;
• anti-pulling function, which prevents lightweight fabrics from sticking to the upper buck as it rises, so as not to compromise the final ironing quality.
