The DATAKASS customer display is an optional module of the DATAKASS system. It clearly displays all relevant data for the customer (items, prices, total, change, remaining balance on a value card, etc.) on an additional connected screen.

Furthermore, during transaction pauses, you can automatically display informational and promotional content as still images or videos. Display duration and order can be easily adjusted. We provide sample videos, so your customers have something interesting to watch right from the start during the occasional waiting times.

Online receipts instead of paper waste

Our customer display also solves the issue of mandatory receipts! An additional software module is available, which automatically uploads receipts as PDF files for download on the internet. The customer is shown a QR code on the display, which they can scan with their smartphone to download the receipt if desired. This satisfies the requirements of the Cash Register Security Ordinance, and the trash bin stays empty!

Seamless integration with the messaging system

In conjunction with the DATAKASS messaging system, you can even eliminate the need for your customers to scan the QR code! Upon request, the download link is automatically sent to the email address stored in the customer management system.
