  Customers are notified via SMS or email when an order is completed:

  • Registered customers are automatically notified if the corresponding option is activated in the customer record.
  • For walk-in customers whose data is not stored, an automatic prompt for a mobile number/email address can be activated for each new order.
  • For DATAKASS systems without invoicing and data exchange, an additional completion notification ticket is printed, which is scanned at the register after an order is completed. DATAKASS then takes care of notifying the customer.
  • All other DATAKASS systems handle automatic notifications upon order completion within invoicing, data transfer, and manual goods receipt.

• Automatic Invoice Sending
  Registered invoice customers automatically receive an invoice as a PDF file via email if the corresponding option is activated in the customer record.
