The AdvanTex App Self-Service provides a range of functional modules from which a customised solution is then provided for your laundry and, above all, in your name and with your corporate design, so that the laundry customers' wearers have a quick and easy way to register complaints about garments or change requests. The App is available for both iOS and Android and offers the laundry company a further aspect of its digital presence.

On request, the AdvanTex App Self-Service provides images of the items, on which customers can make markings for necessary repairs. This enables the wearer to precisely indicate where on the item a repair is needed. This ensures clear and precise communication about the repair requirements. Regardless of where the repair note is processed in AdvanTex ERP, be it at the quality control in the sorting and conveyor system or at the repair station, the employee has the complete information including the marking on the image available.

AdvanTex Online allows laundry customers to make changes themselves: whether it's workwear or flat linen, the portal allows customers to view data and adjust information where needed, whereby you specify in advance which data a particular customer is allowed to see and what changes they should make. The customer can thus participate in the organisation of the service around the clock, and you still retain control. Sensitive data such as return quotes or the age of textiles or their prices can, for example, be hidden from individual employees or certain functions can only be gradually activated for certain users. All significant changes are automatically imported into AdvanTex and, depending on the configuration, either processed automatically or subject to an approval process by your own employees.

The portal is also an information channel for your customers, as they will log in to AdvanTex Online much more frequently than they visit your website. In this respect, it is good to know that AdvanTex Online can also display news, for example.

The AdvanTex App Service Driver turns the driver's smartphone into a powerful tool with which the service drivers have all the necessary information at their fingertips and can quickly and intuitively record direct feedback on all planned and unforeseen tasks. The app supports the delivery and service process by providing delivery instructions, recording delivery quantities including containers and requesting a signature from the customer where needed. Using a UHF-capable reader, the app can also be used in conjunction to document the laundry delivered and collected by recording the laundry in bulk on site, depending on the customer's settings.

As the first point of contact for the customer, the service driver also has a tool that enables him to record complaints and change service time windows directly and pass them on to the central AdvanTex system. All data recorded on the road is automatically synchronised when the data connection is established, or at the latest when the driver returns to the factory. The collected signatures, for example, can be automatically sent to the customer by e-mail as proof of delivery, printed as a collective receipt for the invoice or made available for viewing in the AdvanTex web portal. The data obtained from the driver's logbook about the duration of a driver's stay with each customer is a key factor in route optimisation. This is difficult to record without a suitable solution.

AdvanTex ERP is a comprehensive software solution for all relevant areas of a laundry company. It contains modules for the management of typical services such as workwear, flat linen, resident laundry, surgical supplies, mats and washroom services and covers everything a modern service company needs for these services, from a sales solution to contract management, production control, purchasing and warehousing as well as the organisation of the vehicle fleet and, of course, invoicing and subsequent posting in accounting. Analyses, statistics and dashboards are predefined, but you can also create them yourself.

This app makes the previous use of printed lists superfluous. The application is optimised for both Android smartphones and Android tablets and adapts perfectly to the individual screen size.

The request lists generated in AdvanTex are made available on the smartphone or tablet via the AdvanTex App Pick & Ship and effectively support employees throughout the picking process. The quantities are confirmed either by manual entry or by scanning the item barcode with the integrated camera or a connected Bluetooth scanner. Errors such as selecting the wrong items or overdeliveries are reliably avoided. The AdvanTex App Pick & Ship automatically recognises such processes and blocks them until a correction is made. Under-deliveries are not blocked; the employee is simply asked to confirm them at the end of the packing process. Thanks to this seamless integration and simple operation, the AdvanTex App Pick & Ship significantly optimises the packing process and considerably reduces the error rate.

If the items to be picked are coded, the App Pick & Ship can also be used to read the individual items or sets and link them to the delivery. As soon as all items have been recorded, the request is finalised and reported to the central AdvanTex system. The AdvanTex App Pick & Ship makes it possible to include the containers used directly in the picking process. This immediately records which linen is delivered in which containers. All relevant data is provided in the container management in AdvanTex ERP, thus ensuring seamless tracking. With the AdvanTex App Service Driver, container tracking can then be continued seamlessly en route. This makes the entire process even more transparent and efficient.
Thanks to this seamless documentation, AdvanTex ERP also makes it possible to issue reminders for containers that have been at the customer's premises for a long time and then to charge a rental price.
