The App is available for both iOS and Android and offers the laundry company a further aspect of its digital presence.

On request, the AdvanTex App Self-Service provides images of the items, on which customers can make markings for necessary repairs. This enables the wearer to precisely indicate where on the item a repair is needed. This ensures clear and precise communication about the repair requirements. Regardless of where the repair note is processed in AdvanTex ERP, be it at the quality control in the sorting and conveyor system or at the repair station, the employee has the complete information including the marking on the image available.
