Lint Scrubber
Ambient Air Lint Filter “Lint Scrubbers” use a recirculation process to capture and remove lint and other contaminants from the air in commercial laundry environments. Lint Scrubbers are designed to keep lint from settling on valuable equipment and personnel, and to reduce the potential for catastrophic fire events. Automated controls package the captured materials for easy disposal. Three models offer a range of coverage options for all laundries.
Energenics Ambient Air Lint Filter (AALF) Lint Scrubbers capture and collect airborne lint before it can settle onto surfaces throughout a laundry. Lint produced by mechanical handling and movement of linens is a pervasive issue in any commercial laundry. Lint builds up on most surfaces, including rafters, and settles back down on the equipment used for folding finished product. The automation of this equipment is impacted when lint collects on sensors, necessitating maintenance and or troubleshooting. If left uncollected, lint may also pose a fire risk.
