Ghidini manufactures different models of form finisher according to different garments types: MC 100, form-finisher for both washed and dry-cleaned shirts, anoraks and jackets; Majestic, an utility form finisher available with or without built in boiler; T 3000, finishing topper for trousers with air-operated waistband and leg stretching device and MC105, an automatic “tensioning” finisher for classic coats, overcoats and similar garments.

Simple and easy to operate VAPOR BOX has an high speed of the finishing cycle and zero idle working times , produce high output performance with a significant saving of energy. The finishing cycle is carried out without the slightest waste of steam, providing an improved working environment. Vapor Box is supplied as standard with one trouser finishing device and one form
finisher for jackets, coats, dresses etc. Thanks to a very easy fitting system, the cabinet can be transformed and equipped with two trouser finishing devices or two form finishers. This will depend on the operator’s needs, and the modifications can be carried out without any technical assistance.
The working cycle is automatic and can be adjusted by three timers. The machine is available in the self contained version (VAPOR BOX/A), with built-in electric and automatic steam boiler or for central steam supply (VAPOR BOX/V). Vapor Box is supplied complete with all the necessary accessories for the finishing of the trousers and of the jackets and coats, as shown. Vapor Box is now available with a new easy to use computer control system. Capable of running up to nine fully automatic programs.

Ghidini manufactures different types of ironing tables: vacuum ironing tables, blowing ironing tables and steaming ironing tables. TORNADO model is an utility vacuum and blowing ironing table, electrically heated board with adjustable temperature by means of a thermostat, built-in vacuum and blowing unit, height adjustable board from 750 to 950 mm, pedals on both sides of the table, air exhaust chimney, ready to connect two vacuum and blowing swinging arms and different accessories. VAPOR is an up-steaming and vacuum finishing table with utility board. Available either with built-in electric steam boiler and vacuum unit, or to be connected to an external steam and vacuum supply. There is also the blowing version that assures high speed whilst maintaining an excellent ironing quality.The machine is available on request with pedals on both sides. That’s important during the blowing operation works with the point of the board to the right.

Ghidini manufactures different models of spotting tables: cold spotting tables and steam spotting tables. Both could be with or without built in compressor and vacuum unit. GBS 88 C is a steam spotting table with spotting board in stainless steel AISI 304. The standard version is supplied with one steam gun, swinging arm with suction, and spotting shape made in stainless steel AISI 304, liquid recovery tank, and three pedals controlling steam, hot air and vacuum. Built in boiler could be added as option. GBS 88 F is a cold spotting table with two cold spotting guns with independent circuits, two receptacles for liquids, hose support and swinging arm with suction and spotting shape out of stainless steel AISI 304; steam air gun could be added as option.

Ghidini automatic presses are easily operated thanks to their pneumatic systems. They feature new higher power pressing, fully adjustable, and a variety of bucks for specialist applications. The wide opening bucks, facilitate both the pressing operation and the use of the steam iron. Operation of the press head may be controlled by pedals (AP version), in order to leave the operator’s hands free. In this case, to ensure operator safety, a safehands protection frame is fitted to the press head. Alternatively, the head of the press may be controlled by two buttons (AB version), which have to be pushed simultaneously. The presses are available either completely self contained with built-in electric and automatic steam boiler, vacuum and compressor unit as required, or for central supplies operation. The series P87 has a faster lowering action than series P88, and is particularly suitable for
rapid service drycleaning shops, press centres and clothing industry. Furthermore P87 is equipped with a shading device controlled by a lever that allows the press head to be lowered without pressing it on the lower buck: in this way it is possible to steam and vacuum the clothes without pressing them. Both series could be manufacturer for dry cleaning with up-steaming lower and upper bucks or for laundry with up-steaming lower buck and upper polished buck made in stainless steel AISI 304.
