The Vectura stack management system is at the very end of the laundry process. The clean and folded laundry is transported to the expedition fully automatically so that it can be delivered to the customers on time and in full.

The possibilities of Vectura range from simple stack transport to complex sorting in expeditions. Because every laundry is different: As different as textiles are, the processing and logistics in our customers' businesses are just as varied. Some laundries process their own linen in large batches and with few sorting criteria, while others are confronted with an almost impossible to manage variety of customer-specific textiles. The future of process automation and optimisation is already here: it focuses on robotics in the dry work area. The centrepiece is the integration of the feeding robot Robofeed RFT 20 with the towel-folding machine Speedline XFM-SR. Optionally, the system can be rounded off with up- or downstream components.
