AdvanTex App Service Driver

Description

The AdvanTex App Service Driver turns the driver's smartphone into a powerful tool with which the service drivers have all the necessary information at their fingertips and can quickly and intuitively record direct feedback on all planned and unforeseen tasks. The app supports the delivery and service process by providing delivery instructions, recording delivery quantities including containers and requesting a signature from the customer where needed. Using a UHF-capable reader, the app can also be used in conjunction to document the laundry delivered and collected by recording the laundry in bulk on site, depending on the customer's settings.

As the first point of contact for the customer, the service driver also has a tool that enables him to record complaints and change service time windows directly and pass them on to the central AdvanTex system. All data recorded on the road is automatically synchronised when the data connection is established, or at the latest when the driver returns to the factory. The collected signatures, for example, can be automatically sent to the customer by e-mail as proof of delivery, printed as a collective receipt for the invoice or made available for viewing in the AdvanTex web portal. The data obtained from the driver's logbook about the duration of a driver's stay with each customer is a key factor in route optimisation. This is difficult to record without a suitable solution.
