With the AdvanTex App Pick & Ship, we offer a solution specifically for the mobile picking of flat linen and operating pool sets (such as sterile packages). This app makes the previous use of printed lists superfluous. The application is optimised for both Android smartphones and Android tablets and adapts perfectly to the individual screen size.

The request lists generated in AdvanTex are made available on the smartphone or tablet via the AdvanTex App Pick & Ship and effectively support employees throughout the picking process. The quantities are confirmed either by manual entry or by scanning the item barcode with the integrated camera or a connected Bluetooth scanner. Errors such as selecting the wrong items or overdeliveries are reliably avoided. The AdvanTex App Pick & Ship automatically recognises such processes and blocks them until a correction is made. Under-deliveries are not blocked; the employee is simply asked to confirm them at the end of the packing process. Thanks to this seamless integration and simple operation, the AdvanTex App Pick & Ship significantly optimises the packing process and considerably reduces the error rate.

If the items to be picked are coded, the App Pick & Ship can also be used to read the individual items or sets and link them to the delivery. As soon as all items have been recorded, the request is finalised and reported to the central AdvanTex system. The AdvanTex App Pick & Ship makes it possible to include the containers used directly in the picking process. This immediately records which linen is delivered in which containers. All relevant data is provided in the container management in AdvanTex ERP, thus ensuring seamless tracking. With the AdvanTex App Service Driver, container tracking can then be continued seamlessly en route. This makes the entire process even more transparent and efficient.
Thanks to this seamless documentation, AdvanTex ERP also makes it possible to issue reminders for containers that have been at the customer's premises for a long time and then to charge a rental price.
